Release Notes: Use multiple parallel running threads for live server cleanup
OpenText Web Site Management Server is a server application that provides an editorial workspace for editors, publishing functions for web pages, and management functions for large websites in the intranets and internet.
OpenText Web Site Management Server Version 11.2 SP1 HF6 includes the following new features and changes:

Use multiple parallel running threads for live server cleanup Management Server Service Pack 1 Hotfix 6 supports multiple running threads for administering information about published pages and assets for live-server cleaning.
This new configuration option should be used if many publishing jobs are running in parallel so that live-server cleaning takes very long time and emails for finished jobs show up a long time after publication has been finished.
Normally, one thread per project is handling all information provided by the publication jobs. To activate additional cleaner threads, a new entry has been added to RDServer.ini:
[PUBLISHER] cleanerthreads=20
The value defines the number of additional threads and can be between 0 and 100. Default is 0 (=no additional thread, only the main thread). Please note that the services have to be restarted after adding/changing this value.
