Release Notes: New global authorization: Replace the content classes...
OpenText Web Site Management Server is a server application that provides an editorial workspace for editors, publishing functions for web pages, and management functions for large websites in the intranets and internet.
OpenText Web Site Management Server Version 11.2 SP2 HF36 includes the following new features and changes:
New global authorization "Replace the content classes of all pages based on this content class"
Within the global authorizations of a global authorization package, a new right has been added to allow or deny the access to the option to replace the content class of all pages in SmartTree. The option is still not available in SmartEdit.
Additionally when the option is selected and more than just one page is affected by the replacement, the operation has to be confirmed.
