OpenText Web Site Management Server is a server application that provides an editorial workspace for editors, publishing functions for web pages, and management functions for large websites in the intranets and internet.
OpenText Web Site Management Server Version 11.2 SP2 HF38 includes the following new features and changes:
The evaluation of the project structure in Navigation Manager and RenderTags has been improved in that the release status of structural changes is taken into account when the sort order of lists and containers and structural changes waiting for release in structural workflows are displayed.
As long as a structural change has not been released, Navigation Manager and RenderTags will show the released version of the structure in SmartEdit, page preview, and in the published page. The user who edited the structural change and the users who are to approve the change in workflow will see the new, unreleased version of the structural change in SmartEdit and page preview.
In addition to that, the evaluation of the project structure in RenderTags has been improved, so that the sort order of lists and containers is displayed according SmartTree sort order.
