OpenText Web Site Management Server is a server application that provides an editorial workspace for editors, publishing functions for web pages, and management functions for large websites in the intranets and internet.
OpenText Web Site Management Server Version 11.2 SP2 includes the following new features and changes:
The "Assign URL" and “Delete URL” features of anchor elements have been modified so that the usability is similar to the "Add URL" and “Delete URL” features of list elements. The structural workflow has been extended, so that assigning a URL to an anchor triggers the structural workflow reaction "Page Connected" and removing a URL from an anchor triggers the structural workflow reaction "Page Disconnected".
Similar to URL references connected to lists, SmartTree displays the URL references connected to anchors as URL pages. When using Drag and Drop in SmartEdit, URL pages on anchors appear with their URL in the drag header.
When updating the projects, all existing URL references on anchor elements will be converted to support the improved functionality.
